Day #277 – Redemption

Dear God Im Grateful For Redemption

.

“O Israel, hope in the Lord; for with the Lord there is unfailing love. His redemption overflows. He himself will redeem Israel from every kind of sin.”

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭130:7-8‬ ‭NLT‬‬

.

There is no sin too great that God can not redeem us from. He chose things despised by the world, things counted as nothing at all, and used them to bring to nothing what the world considers important.

‭‭(1 Corinthians‬ ‭1:28‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

.

“For this is what the Lord says: “When I sold you into exile, I received no payment. Now I can redeem you without having to pay for you.”” – ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭52:3‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Why then should we fear when trouble comes or when enemies surround us?

.

“They trust in their wealth and boast of great riches. Yet they cannot redeem themselves from death by paying a ransom to God.”

.

Redemption does not come so easily, for no one can ever pay enough to live forever and never see the grave. But as for me, God will redeem my life. He will snatch me from the power of the grave. (Psalms‬ ‭49:15‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

“The Lord will redeem those who serve him. No one who takes refuge in him will be condemned.” – Psalms‬ ‭34:22‬ ‭NLT‬‬
