Day #209 – Opportunity
Dear God I’m Grateful For Opportunity

“Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days.” – Ephesians 5:16 NLT
.
An opportunity is defined as a set of circumstances that makes it possible to do something. In other words, an opportunity is divine alignment with God’s will for our lives that leads to open doors according to his plans.
.
When God opens doors, it’s important for us to walk through them, for the plans that He has for our life will never come at the expense of our own good. We must draw close to him in every season and be able to discern his voice and know his blessings from our own doings.

The Lord’s opportunities will always be rooted in peace, love, and service to others, and will strengthen our gifts and talents so that we can do good to others.

“So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone—especially to those in the family of faith.” (Galatians 6:9-10 NLT) We should always live wisely among those who are not believers, and make the most of every opportunity, while we focus on God’s plan for our lives, knowing that his opportunities will always result in hope and a bright future.
