Day #179 – Clarity
Dear God I’m Grateful For Clarity
.
One of my mentors always says, “Clarity comes in the doing.”
.
We can question our purpose, spend years praying and compiling our best ideas, talk about all of the things that God can do in our lives, but until we actually use our God-given gifts and place some action behind our faith, we will never receive the clarity that God intends for us when we walk in his will.
.
“Now we see things imperfectly, like puzzling reflections in a mirror, but then we will see everything with perfect clarity. All that I know now is partial and incomplete, but then I will know everything completely, just as God now knows me completely.” – 1 Corinthians 13:12 NLT
.
As much as we want control and claim to know what comes next in life, we have to accept that our perspective is only partial. We play a role in a greater goal and our Heavenly Father is the only one who can see the bigger picture.

“For the Lord sees clearly what a man does, examining every path he takes.”
Proverbs 5:21 NLT
.
God knows us completely and has a clear view of our hearts posture, so it is up to us to obey his Word and remain in his love. Clarity comes in the doing and we have to do what God says. Only then will everything become clear and only then will we gain a deeper understanding of God’s Word, his Will, and his plans for our lives.
