Day #35 - Provision - Micayla Robertson

Dear God I’m Grateful For Provision

“Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.” – Matthew 6:33

Today I sat back in gratitude as I reflected on all of my needs being met. Not only has God provided my basic necessities, but he has exceeded my expectations and went out of his way to provide me with everything I need and some things that I desire.

His word tells us that, ““He is the God who made the world and everything in it. Since he is Lord of heaven and earth, he doesn’t live in man-made temples, and human hands can’t serve his needs—for he has no needs. He himself gives life and breath to everything, and he satisfies every need. (Acts of the Apostles 17:25) But not only does He generously provide all that we need. He makes sure we always have everything we need and plenty left over to share with others.(2 Corinthians 9:8)

So, if you find yourself in need of anything, ask the Lord for it. “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” (Philippians 4:6) Because the same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19)
