Dear God I’m Grateful For Goodness

A Prayer For Goodness
.
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for your goodness and for blessing us with goodness as a fruit of the Holy Spirit. You are so good and your unfailing love continues forever (Psalms 100:5).
.
I know that whatever is good and perfect is a gift sent from you (James 1:17) and that you cause everything to work together for the good of those who love you and are called according to your purpose for them (Romans 8:28).
.
Teach me to not withhold good from those who deserve it when it’s in my power to help them (Proverbs 3:27) and reveal to me the great goodness that you have stored up for all who come to you and fear you. Your word says that you lavish it on those who come to you for protection and bless them before the watching world (Psalms 31:19). I have confidence in knowing that I will see your goodness while I am here in the land of the living. (Psalms 27:13)

May goodness and unfailing love pursue me all the days of my life and may I will live in the house of the Lord forever (Psalms 23:6)
.
In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
