Dear God I’m Grateful For Fathers

““Honor your father and mother.” This is the first commandment with a promise:”

‭‭- Ephesians‬ ‭6:2‬ ‭NLT‬‬

I’m grateful for the men that God trains to serve him and the men that He prepares to love their wives. I’m grateful for the men that God teaches to train their children in the Word and the men that he calls to become fathers. 

.

I’m grateful for the men who can admit to their weaknesses, the men who gain strength from the Lord, the men who pray over their households, and the men that lead by example and love without limits. 

. 

I’m grateful for the men who protect their family, the men who invest in themselves, the men who do not neglect their responsibilities, and the men who reflect our Heavenly Father.

I’m grateful for Fathers! 

.

I’m grateful for the men who have lived and the men who have passed, and the men who have worked to make sure their legacy lasts.

.

I’m grateful for the men who taught their boys how to be men, and the men who make sacrifices so that their children can win. 

.

I’m grateful for Fathers…

.

And want to wish every Father and every Father Figure a very Happy Fathers Day!
