Dear God I’m Grateful For Deliverance From The World

“The world would love you as one of its own if you belonged to it, but you are no longer part of the world. The Lord chose you to come out of the world, so it hates you. – John 15:19 NLT

According to John 17:14-16 NLT, Jesus says, “I have given them your word. And the world hates them because they do not belong to the world, just as I do not belong to the world. I’m not asking you to take them out of the world, but to keep them safe from the evil one. They do not belong to this world any more than I do.”

For God loved the world so much, He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16 NLT) Those who love their life in this world will lose it. Those who care nothing for their life in this world will keep it for eternity. (John 12:25 NLT)

“So, do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you. For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions.

These are not from the Father, but are from this world. And this world is fading away, along with everything that people crave. But anyone who does what pleases God will live forever. (1 John 2:15-17 NLT)
