Day #367 – A Different Perspective
Dear God I’m Grateful For A Different Perspective
.

Today, as I was packing up our apartment to move, I started designing a visual of how our furniture would fit into the new space.
.
Since we downsizing, I ended up selling a few core items to make room, yet I struggled to see how I’d be able to make it all fit.
.
Then, I saw things from a different angle.
See I had been looking at the visual head on from a design perspective, when really I should have been looking at it from from an angle focusing on functionality over design.
.
I knew in that moment that I already had everything I needed to make the new space feel like home.
.
In life we often look at our circumstances head on and question how we can accomplish things. We’re so focused on what we see, some of us end up selling our time to make our lives look a certain way and others sell their souls to fit into a false image of happiness.
.
If we could see life from a different angle, we’d realize that we always had everything we needed to fulfill God’s will for our life. We don’t need new gifts to take up space and we don’t need to downplay our gifts to fit into someone else’s vision.
.
