Day #413 – Musical Theatre
Dear God I’m Grateful For Musical Theatre

“Praise the Lord, for the Lord is good; celebrate his lovely name with music.” – Psalms 135:3 NLT
So tonight I attended a high school musical and I was blown away by the production and performance quality!
There’s something about musicals that just make me happy.
.
I handled the branding and marketing materials for the show, but the time and energy that the students put into rehearsal definitely shined through once they hit the stage.
.
The show took me back to my high school years in theatre and reminded me how the combination of music and storytelling can truly transform a room.
.
So today I praise the Lord for music, and specifically musical theatre. I would have loved to see how plays were portrayed back in the biblical days!
