Dear God I’m Grateful For Homecoming

So many people have left the church or strayed away from God due to church hurt or bad leadership. I’m not referring to the church building, but the church body and all who claim to Christians.

Many have been exiled and cast out as outsiders, but Jesus has come to call the exiles and outsiders home. Jesus proclaims a homecoming of those he loves and He’s taking his rightful place of residency which is dwelling in our hearts!

The Lord says, “Shout and rejoice, O beautiful Jerusalem, for I am coming to live among you. Many nations will join themselves to the Lord on that day, and they, too, will be my people.

I will live among you, and you will know that the Lord of Heaven’s Armies sent me to you. The land of Judah will be the Lord’s special possession in the holy land, and he will once again choose Jerusalem to be his own city.

Be silent before the Lord, all humanity, for he is springing into action from his holy dwelling.” – Zechariah‬ ‭2:10-13‬ ‭NLT‬‬
