Dear God I’m Grateful For Faith The Size Of A Mustard Seed

Day #511 – On this day last year, the focus of gratitude was Mustard Seed Faith! According to Mark 4:30-32 NLT, Jesus illustrates The Kingdom of God as “a mustard seed planted in the ground. It is the smallest of all seeds, but it becomes the largest of all garden plants; it grows long branches, and birds can make nests in its shade.”

I believe the message still resonates today because the parable above explains how through Faith, God can use something small to produce something large!

Hebrews 11:1 NLT says, “For faith shows the reality of what we hope for and is the evidence of things we cannot see.”
“The Lord answered in Luke 17:6 NLT, “If you had faith even as small as a mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, ‘May you be uprooted and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you!”

Every level of faith is capable of performing miracles and the smallest of faith can have the greatest impact. God doesn’t need us to be perfect to use us for his glory, He simply needs us to have faith, because even small, mustard seed faith is enough to move mountains.

“You don’t have enough faith,” Jesus told them. “I tell you the truth, if you had faith even as small as a mustard seed, you could say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it would move. Nothing would be impossible.”” – Matthew 17:20 NLT
