Dear God I’m Grateful For Laughter

“We were filled with laughter, and we sang for joy. And the other nations said, “What amazing things the Lord has done for them.”” – Psalms 126:2 NLT

What makes you laugh?
.
For me it’s comedians, my husband, my little brother and people who have such a contagious laugh, you can’t help but laugh with them.
.
They say that laughter is medicine for the heart. It can heal and prolong health, and it can bring people together and restore joy! What I love most is when genuine laughter takes over your body and takes your breath away to the point of tears!
.
Regardless of what you may be facing in life, find what makes you laugh. Set aside time for joy and allow your laughter to heal your pain.
